Returns Policy
Yigal Azrouël wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Yigal Azrouël online purchases, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All evening wear is considered final sale. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at our boutique location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet our return/exchange requirements. Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and send and email notification one the return has been processed. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Yigal Azrouël does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
