As evidenced by the recently launched Resort 2017 Collection, the worldly, well-traveled, and admired muse packs effortless sophistication, individuality, and luxurious simplicity with an array of multidimensional, hand crafted fabrics and delicate finishes for the season.
"North Africa was the destination that inspired his new Resort collection... richly patterned textiles informed the prints and jacquards he used on boho dresses and pajama separates. Even if he likes a getaway, though, Azrouël’s aesthetic is naturally more city-minded. He’s always going to have a motorcycle jacket in his collection; this time around it came with a leather body and patterned sleeves that he had woven especially for him at the French mill Malhia Kent.”
"Azrouël’s knack for fabric manipulation gave the looks a textural, multi-dimensional appeal, evidenced in a floral-printed silk halter dress featuring a black-and-white guipure lace bodice. The femininity was in the finishing touches: the delicate pom-poms or Chantilly lace that trimmed several of the looks."
